She has gotten much much Stronger now in Shippuuden & much confident about here strength.
She probably will or will play an important role in that.
She is already in Love with Naruto now in shippuuden don't you see that? & here love for him came after she realized that she was deeply wrong about who he is & even further when she learned about what he carries inside him now she like regret all that time when she didn't care about him while he fought hard to protect her.
She came to realize that Naruto Love her in the Hospital episodes after the fight between naruto & Sasuke & when she told him that next time she will save sasuke by her own strength.
- Yes she is now very helpful to others it was she who healed naruto when he became the 4 tailed demon & she took out Sassori & cured kankuro that's no nothing you know
Yes I'm a Sakura Fan & will say she will end up loving Naruto & they will be together.

1: Yes, she is. In one of the begining episodes she had this huge punch and it sent Naruto and a ton of rocks flying. So yes, she is wimpy no longer. (Thanks to Tsunade's training with her during the time gap to Shippuden.)
2: No, sadly I doubt this. I don't have a clue what will happen, but if she could I think it would be great. (Possibly a new group of legendary sanin....?)
3: Yes, currently it looks like she has a crush on Naruto (but deep down she probably still loves Sasuke.)
4: Yes, much more helpful. Compare her to before shippuden. She's much more helpful to everyone now. For example in the final episode, in 220 (or 219...im not sure, somewhere around this) she makes sure Gaara's okay and does a medical checkup on him. Even Ino was jealous and asked Sakura to get her to teach her medical skills. So yes, she is more helpful.
