Sasuke owns. The answer to your question was proved in the last episode which is 48 i think, all sasuke did was look at sai(stupid *** ingrate) and sai went to the ground like the dog he is thanks my comment ty for caring ^_^.

if you've seen the latest shippuden episode,
sai basically feel to the floor when he looked straight into
sasuke's sharingan.
and although sai might be from the ANBU root,
being trained by orchimaru is a whole different story.

Sasuke will win and quit easily. Sai is no math for a Sharingan Sai uses Art, Sharingan can be uses as genjutsu and art weakest thing is genjutsu so Sai will be killed in a match with Sasuke.....

Neither of them are my favorites but if they were to fight against each other I think that Sasuke would win based on the fact that he trained with Orochimaru for 2 years just to get stronger and I'm pretty sure he has succeeded in that!
Sasuke would win. He is now very strong even against his brother. Sai has no emotions but when he first saw Sasuke he had the emotion of fear. Sasuke has acquired a great strength training below Orochimaru and has even bigger strength after defeating him (if i should say swallowing him like orochimaru does to his hosts spirit). He is very strong now you can tell by the way he fights Itachi. Itachi must summon the black fire to try to defeat him. This shows that he is extremely powerful now. So Sasuke would defeat Sai.
