He learns to suppress his hollow and he is in the training so he gets better with his hollow form, when allot hollows come, but at this time Orihime goes to the soul society to train with rukia. On her way back Ulquiorra Tells her to go to hunco Mendo, she is aloud to say goodbye to one person she says goodbye to Ichigo. Using this fact the soul society thinks she is a traitor and says no one can go to hunco mendo but of course Ichigo completely ignores this and using Urahara's help goes to Hunco Mendo with Uryu and Chad (Sado) later they meet Renji and Rukia because Byakuya sent them and from there they all fight a bunch of people (arrancar) and win but Chad fights second battle with a Vasto Lord and pretty much dies.
That is pretty much all that happens after, sorry if it was more info then you wanted.
aizen kidnaps orihime because she has healing powers so Ichigo and the others help to rescue her...but they have to fight the arrancar to get to aizen.

ichigo suppreses his inner holow, then he infiltrates hueco mundo with chad and uryuu then they meet renji and rukia.They also meet nel (a former espada) and her buddies pesche and donda-something. The group then infiltrates los noches(which is where aizen and the espada are hiding).then they fight several espada. thats about as far as i am.
