I've only watched a couple episodes of the anime - the first two and the last episode - so I can't give you a very detailed answer.
It's really hard to say what chapters you should read based on what the anime left out because the anime pieces together a lot of different chapters and content. If you read the whole manga, which is only 5 volumes by the way, you'll see that the anime was really a very quick adaptation. It's got a little bit of everything. (It's not like Ouran High School Host Club where the anime faithfully devoted an episode to a chapter)
I would recommend that you read all 5 volumes as opposed to skipping around trying to figure out what chapter were used in the anime and what wasn't. Truthfully, after only watching those 2 episodes, I quit the anime because the story was so fragmented compared to the manga. Read the whole thing, I don't think you'll regret it at all.
The anime paradise kiss? haven't heard of it but, you should read the manga if it has one or something, and if u like romace animes try school days(bloody ending) or ichigo 100%. Or my favourite suzuka.
