I think if he decided to return he will be welcomed back by his team but maybe not the others as much. Although his odds of coming back on his own are slim to none. Maybe he will have a change of heart once his brother is finally dead but we will have to see.....

Probably not since the are getting older & team kakashi will soon be gone for Naruto will be come stronger & so Sakura & Tsunade is counting on Kakshi to become the Next Hokage but he will maybe return to konoha & fight for it & even now while others are thinking that he is bad well he ain't what Itachi is planing is really bad & he is doing the good thing Fighting him
no...they shouldnt let him!! he left them all...besides the team is better without him. although i think sakura would want him back in ^^
Sasuke will never have the intention to return to his teammates. However, things may change since his friends are the ones who wanted him back, plus he still has links to Madara and Orochimaru. And don't forget that Orochimaru might return and take Sasuke's body!
Unless something big happened to the team, I don't think he's gonna return to Konoha.... even when Naruto forced to. >_>
