This is a pretty good battle. It is as evenly matched as they come.

Both are about equal in strength, speed and fighting skills. Daredevil's Radar power gives him a little advantage at night, but Batman has a host of Weapons at his disposal.

My guess is Daredevil has a bit of an edge when they fight the first time, because Daredevil can sneak up on Batman, but NOT the other way around because of the Radar power and the enhanced hearing Daredevil has.

The more they fight, the more the favor tips to the advantage of Batman.

I'd say Daredevil has a slight edge, but I'd never bet against Batman because his creativity and preparedness makes him for anyone with a weakness, and Daredevil has a weakness (he's blind).

I'd go with Batman in a long hard battle.
