Its pretty obviouse that naruto would win.
First of all naruto is a ninja and it wouldnt be that hard to catch inuyasha in a trap where he could easily seperate him from his sword eliminating inuyasha's most powerful attacks.(similar to what you suggested)
Secondly have you seen naruto when he went 4th deamon tail on oroachimaru? It was like Dragon ball Z all over again. Thier power was unreal.
Thirdly, all naruto would have to do is summon GAMABUNTA and he's already won the match
