Batman would only lose to Jesus if he had no bat gadgets or Robin. Jesus could still only win if he had these "supernatural powers" that he really didn't have. The only power Jesus had was the fact he could ressurect himself from the dead, so if it was a fight to the death, Batman would get so tired out, that Jesus could do one of his sissy, hippy punches and drop Batman.
I guess Jesus is a ninja as opposed to a pirate because of the way everyone overexaggerates his powers.
