Unlike what the other girl said, which was clearly copied from a website, she doesn't steal. She just uses her alice to copy other alices, so her alice is not really suppose to be called Stealing Alice, it's just pure copying.
I dont really know if its the stealing power but a few sites do mention it....although i would like to go with the idea that she copies it.

the Steal Alice, she got it from her mother Yuka (who is part of the AAO / Anti-Alice Organization).
the Nullification Alice, she got it from her father (whose name i'm not sure of). he used to be a teacher in Alice Academy. sadly, the chapters imply that he has passed away .. =(
basically, as the name says, Steal Alice steals a person's Alice. Alice Stones are formed as proof of having taken the Alice from the person.
