I think he will end up with Sakura probably; in the Anime, when Kyuubi appear and Sakura was healing Naruto, Yamato was going to say something like she has a crush on Naruto, but of course, he got interrupted (!!!)... And we know that Naruto likes Sakura...
Though... I'd wish he'd be with Hinata; 'cus she's always being rooting for him... and she's a better person than Sakura and she would be a good wife (Naruto himself said it in one of the fillers)... And I think she's pretty...
On the other hand, if Naruto were come out of the closet, then I would choose Lee... They could train together and they are both very loyal, so they'd have a perfect relationship...

Hinata and Naruto should be togather (and will) she is the only one who really had/has confidence in him and would love no matter what. Hinata already has strong feeling for Naruto. Its just that Naruto can't see it yet,but it time he will. As said before Hinata is much stronger then Sakura. Sakura always needs help with anything she does. Sakura hits Naruto over the head any way and knocks him out. On the other side of that Hinata loves so much and gets so nervous when shes sees Naruto she passe's out. So I believe in time they will get togather its just a matter of time no matter what!
So basically I hope (they will) they do and I think they will.

well i think its sakura... sakura in shippudden isnt annoying any more ( well a little when he like hits naruto for some resons) but, they have a lot in common, and they were really hanging out a lot supporting each other

I doubt any actal relationships will ever happen in the show.
However, NaruSaku was pretty much sealed the moment, early in the Sasuke Retrieval Arc, that Sakura thinking that Naruto is the only one who has ever really understood her this whole time.
I actually expect Hinata to end up feeling jilted and going with Sasuke just to try to tick Naruto off. Plus, that would create the old-school stereotypical Japanese couple of a stone-faced, almost emotionless male with a submissive female.
