Madara.
Madara pretty much took revenge on the village on what had happen to him. In the beginning there was a fight between Madara and the fist Hokage. Obviously the first Hokage had one,I think they fought at the valley of the end,that's why there are two statues there Madara and the first Hokage.
Madara was upset that he had lost the fight had out of hate and revenge summoned the Nine-Tailed Fox to attack the village,but we all no what happen and that at that time the 4th had stopped the Kyuubi from doing any serious damage.

It was Uchiha Madara he had an alliance with the nine tailed fox to seal his father away. Afte he did that he had to face the first Hokage, but he lost and then he forced the nine-tailed fox to attack Konohagakure for his revenge. Thats what I heard.
they call him Uchiha Madara in the Japanease but since we none of us live there u would call him Madara Uchiha...now the foxes demand and all that is in Naruto.....now if u get Naruto angry the demand will unleash causing red chakura and a long legnth of nail power......
