Well to start that was episode 238:
238 Break in! Button Hook Entry:
Knowing that Akatsuki's lair is protected by a powerful barrier, Kakashi and Gai decide that the teams must work together to dismantle the barrier.
Well during the extraction of the one-tailed demon from Gaara,at the end they had figured out that Naruto and his team as well as everyone else would be comeing towards the hideout. When everyone was about to leave,Deidara and Sasori were the one's who were going to stay and fight. So,Deidara had asked Itachi who the 9 tailed is. Itchi only said, "The one who screams and charges first",afterwerd he had left. While still there (Deidara and Sasori) had been waitng for the team to burst through there barrior. While Naruto,Kakashi,Sakura,and Chiyo.
While there they had moved out to the side Sakura and Chiyo on the left and Naruto and Kakashi on the right. While there Deidara had been sitting on Gaara body and Sasori to the next of him. When Naruto saw this he had gotten so angry that he bursted out screaming and them. Finally Naruto could take it anymore and started to charge and Deidara for what he was doing and what he had said,but before anything could happen Kakashi had stopped him. Deidara then said "The one who screams and charges first"

Deidara and Sasori have to capture the Nine Tails but they don't know who the human host is so they ask Itachi, who has met the human host before.
Itachi tells them that the person is "The one who screams and charges first" as the hint and leaves without telling them the name. He said it because in previous battles, Naruto always ran at him first, screaming and threatening.
ALSO, Itachi has bad eyesight due to using Mangekyou Sharingan. It may be that his vision was so blurry, he could not make out much of Naruto except seeing him charging.
It happened in Shippuden Episode 18: "Break In! Button Hook Entry"
Team Guy removes the tags and disables the barrier allowing Team Kakashi to enter the hideout. Meanwhile the Akatsuki members have ended the astral projection technique and left the hideout. Deidara and Sasori who were the only ones physically present, remain behind to take care of the intruders.

but i do remember it was when Itachi was telling what ever the dude who can chew clay how to distinguish Naruto from the other group members. And he was right.

its when kakashi, sakura, naruto, and chio came to akatsuki's hide-out. there was deidara and sasori. sasori remembers when he asked itachi who is the jinchuuriki and itachi answers: "The one who screams and charges first"
and that was actually true cuz naruto did scream out and charged at them first cuz he was all mad that they kidnapped gaara. but kakashi stopped naruto and told him to calm down. so yea the answer's Naruto (:
It was sasuke in the episode when Itachi and Kisma came looking for naruto sasuke charged with a chodri screaming.
Itachi says this to Sasori.. Im not sure the exact episode though but the answer is Uzumaki Naruto
It is Naruto Shippuden Episode 18 and 19. Itachi tells Deidara and Sasori that information and then Deidara repeats what he's heard from Itachi while Sakura breaks through that five-sealed barrier and Naruto, Sakura, Kakashi, and Chiyo are inside the cave. Naruto Uzumaki is, "the one who screams and charges first."
In episode 18 Team kakashi enters the Akatsuki Hideout & Only finds that they are too late, All they could find is a dead Gaara & two Akatsuki Members Sassori & deidara who where sitting over Gaara's body.
Seeing this Naruto felt a deep anger & rage taking over him & shouted 'where do you think you are siting on..'
It was clear to Sassori & Deidara that this Ninja was indeed that Jinchuriki of Kuuybi Since earlier Sassori asked Itachi about him & how he will look like, but they didn't believe when he said that they though he was fooling them not wanting another team take his Jinchuriki, but after seeing this they where able to guess that he is Naruto the Jinchuuriki Of Kyuubi the one who always rush his head down screaming in such situations.
Its obvious that its always naruto!

haha i saw a funny parody where sasori and deidara were hunting them wondering which would be the loud one, naruto was about to yell when sakura punched him and screamed at him, then it cut to akatsuki trying to extract a monster from sakura hahaha
yea doesnt make TOO mcuh sense from the way i sai it but it was funny as shiiiiit
