Sakura and Naruto's relationship has indeed been deepening- but not necessarily in a romantic sense. Since the timeskip, Sakura sees Naruto more and more as her link back to team seven, and someone who shares her feelings about Sasuke. No, I don't mean love- I mean the fact that the two of them refuse to give up on him and refuse to write him off as a traitor.

The relationship as displayed in the manga is still in transition. And since they are indeed teenagers, there are moments of tension that didn't exist when they were twelve. Their relationship has moved from childish crushes to deep, heartfelt devotion. That doesn't preclude romantic love.

They are neither romantically involved nor in a brother-sister frame of mind. What Kishimoto IS putting forth is that they're teammates with a close bond and mutual goals.

I mean I agree with you I don't want Sakura to get together with Naruto. I rather it be with Hinata. Although even I couldn't help notice that there is same type of connection between Naruto and Sakura, but anyway I still hope it will be Naruto and Hinata.

NaruHina Forever!!!!!

Hinata Rocks!!!!!

Naruto Rocks!!!!!

Sakura is not falling in love with naruto. They have a brother and sister relationship and plus sakura is still in love with Sasuke.

I'm not sure if Sakura likes Sai since he calls her many names!

No you are wrong she does fall in love with him, Sai noticed that, Yamato noticed that too & even almost said it & you can see that through alot of ocasions.
Ok even she doesn't seem to admit it but it is shown clearly how she feels about him & if the manga lacks in showing that the anime clearly made it clear & that is what Masashi Created Sakura for but only one twist could actually made her not end up with Naruto & it's Hinata.

That's why i always say as a Managa reader, Anime is better at showing feelings & emotions than Manga.

As much as I want to deny it, I'm pretty sure Sasuke dies. A lot the characters start dying off in Shippuuden. And as much as I want to deny this, Naruto does have romanticlike feelings for Sakura. If you remember aftre they get the bells from Kakashi Naruto asks Sakura on a date, but she denys him because he can't pay. AND if you remember in Shippuuden episode one Sakura flirts with Naruto. Biting her finger and asking him if she was more womanly. THATS FLIRTING PEOPLE! So I think the longer Sasuke was gone the more Sakura and Naruto realized their feelings for each other. This doesn't neciseraly mean that they will act upon these feelings though. Lets hope that they don't.

What are you talking about, "their relationship hasn't changed"?! Of course it has. Sakura has grown up over the past few years, and so has Naruto. Their newfound maturity lets them have a whole new kind of respect for one another. Yes, it seems like Sakura is beginning to love Naruto, but we'll just have to ride that out and see where it takes us, eh? Because "love" is a rather ambiguous word.

Whatever happens, though, I respect it. I don't care whether Naruto ends up with Sakura, Hinata, or whatever character. It's not the fans' place to get angry over their lives, because that's just like preps talking about Britney Spears' kids/drugs/therapy/comments.
