Question: and the members of the team would each be a character from an anime/cartoon...who would be on your team?
(yes..i AM bored..ha but now I'm off to bed..night!)
Since there are, I believe, 25 active team members, you can choose that many, but since that's a lot, you can choose just between 5 and 10 if you want. Here I go:
1.) Pitcher: Haruhara Haruko (FLCL)
2.) Batter: Chad (Bleach)--let him bat with that armor of his! XD
3.) Catcher: Naota (FLCL)
4.) 1st base: Rukia Kuchiki (Bleach)
5.) 2nd base: Ichigo Kurosaki
6.) Shortstop: Ikkaku!!
7.) 3rd base: Gintoki
8.) Left field: Misato Katsuragi (NGE)
9.) Center field: Super Milk Chan

2.) Batter: Kawamura(Prince of Tennis)--- Burning! lol!^^ Plus in the anime he has already been playing baseball.
3.) Catcher: Abe from Ookiku Furikabutte-- He's a good catcher and a team leader. He is a catcher in a baseball team.
4.) 1st base: Vash(Trigun)-- We need the opponents to be out as soon as possible.
5.) 2nd base: Makimachi Misao(Rurouni Kenshin)--- what can I say ninja are alert and their fast too.
6.) Shortstop: Aikawa from Dear boys-- I picked a guy with fast reflexes. He is a bsketball player.
7.) 3rd base: Train from Black Cat-- the runner won't even see him tag him, because he is that fast.
8.) Left field: Yoruichi(Bleach)-- I picked the character who can do shunpo, probably the fastest n bleach)
9.) Center field: Yuuri(Kyou Kara Maou)-- He is really good at catching and running for the ball. He was a former baseball player.
10.) Right field: Lelouch(Code Geass)-- We need someone to think of the game plan, and he is very good at ordering people around.
Edit: I forgot the reserved players..!
Kaji from Ultra Maniac-- he has played baseball, and he is an ace.
Tomoyo from Clannad-- has fast reflexes and she has physical strength.
Tajima from Ookiku Furikabutte-- he is a clean up hitter, and a prodigy at baseball.
Edit: lol!XD Some people mention baseball animes already, I was going to mention Ookiku Furikabutte too..^^

All of my characters (except Gutts and Freddie), while not professional all have kicked butt before in a baseball game. I'm thinking Gutts will just have a massive bat that could hit anything, and Freddie is... well Freddie.
