Goku is probably the strongest anime character ever. You should really watch some episodes of DBZ, it the best anime out there, better than Naruto.

If you're asking how powerful he is compared to other anime characters, than he would obliterate Naruto and Ichigo (both at full strength) in one hit. He is probably the strongest anime character of all time (who does not have infinite power or is a god). Next after him would probably be the S rank demons of Yu Yu Hakusho. Yusuke may be close to Goku's strength, but Goku would be stronger.
Son Goku power level is greatly debated on. a Saiyans power level can differ in SSJs. this is a very controversial topic. buy at the end of Dragonball Z son Goku was at SSJ3 his power level was 720.000.000. this is not proven but estimated cause there was no scouter around to tell.
