How did kakashi got his mangekau sharingan or whatever the name is??!
Question: Kakashi had trained him self over time to unlock the Mangekyu Sharingan,he probably did some serous training to unlock it. Also the death of Obito his best friend might have help towards unlocking it.I don't think Kakashi would have killed anyone close to him to unlock the mangekau sharingan. I'm sure there is more then one way to unlock other the killing your best friend.

umm he was in a team of three people as a young ninja one of his friends was obito and he had this sharingan eyes and he gave him one ...

I assume he unlocked it through intense training and cuz of his dedication to obito who saved his life and gave him the sharingan. Or perhaps his mangekyo unlocked when obito's unlocked. I think obito is tobi so Im thinking when tobi unlocked his, the other one of the pair unlocked too... I dunno. Its just one of my wild theories XD btw I also think madara is using tobi's body as a host body. Just thought I would mention that ^^
btw I doubt kakashi killed anyone to obtain his mangekyo sharingan Im thinking mangekyo can be unlock in the opposite way of how itachi unlocked it which is saving his best friend or something in that nature.
Unfortunately it hasn't been revealed yet. Since according to Itachi to obtain the Mangekyou, you have to kill your best friend then the most popular theory floats around would be since Obito died right after giving Kakashi his Sharingan eye, that's how he got it.
As for my own theory.....I'm thinking it has something to do with Rin's death. (This is just assumption from Kakashi telling Sasuke all his loved ones are dead). Kakashi has an angsty past and I'm thinking him having to kill Rin in the past would just top it off. ^_^

now there was a mission all three had to go on and obito was about todie and obito gave his eye to kakashi cause kakashi had ijured his on that mission.

Kakashi trained really hard to achieve it. Also Obito's death may have had a bit of help. Truly we don't know the really reason, for all we know he might have killed someone during the time skip (I highly doubt it).
