Hmm, I guess Cadet Kelly, but in the end she becomes mature. I can't think of any movies, but in Hannah Montana Lily is somewhat portrayed as dumb. Also, in Phil of the Future, Keely or wehatever was kind of dumb. In Raven, Chelsea, who is redheaded is dumb. Also in High School Musical, Sharpay isn't exactly dumb, but she's is kind of. In Cow Belles both of the sisters were dumb, but ended up better. In Stuck in the Suburbs, one of her friends was Blonde, and she was the "dumb" type, if you know what I mean. Anyways, I can't think of anything else, and I just think it's a coincidence. I don't think they purposely always make blondes look dumb!

I really dought that this is a disney movie but 'Legaly Blonde 1 and 2' really do that.
Here is a blonde joke:
A Blonde enters a store that sells curtains.
She tells the salesman,"I would like to buy a pair of pink curtains."
The salesman assures her that they have a large selection of pink curtains. He shows her several patterns, but the blond seems to be having a hard time choosing.
Finally she selects a lovely pink floral print.
The salesman then asks what size curtains she needs.
The blond promptly replies, "fifteen inches."
"Fifteen inches???" asked the salesman.
"That sounds very small, what room are they for?"
The blond tells him that they aren't for a room, they are for her computer monitor.
The surprised salesman replies, "but Miss, computers do not need curtains!"
The blond says,
