Question: No,because he missed the test he hasn't taken it yet. Over the time skip though everyone has passed an gradated to chunin lever,except for Neji who had become a jouin.
As of right now Naruto really isn't fused on taking the chunin exams as he is more focused on getting Saseka back to the village.
Although they say because he has trained with Jiraiya that is like becoming a chunin. Also it terms of strength,Naruto surpasses the chunin rank,and possibly the jouin too. Kakashi had sad it himself that Naruto is stronger then him.
