Who is better? Charizard, Raikou, or Scizor?!

Question: I prefer Charizard. But he has always been a fave of mine, since the first season. Even when watching up until Diamond and Pearl I never once thought that there was a better pokemon.

Definitely not Charizard they suck, Scizor is ok, but raikou is awesome, pretty obvious question if you know about pokemon, why those 3 though?
