Good question but neatness is probably different in her eyes from perfection, so while she's neat she's probably not perfect.

She hates perfection because of her mother's pressure. But I forget if she lives with her mother? Because if she does, I could only imagine her mother made sure she looks perfect before she went to school.
But, although she hates imperfection it doesn't mean she hates hygiene right. LOL! She's still normal girl who cares about her appereance. She has a normal crush on Yuki would be proof that she's still very much normal human.

I think it's because she was raised to be perfect at all times, and although she hates her environment perfect, she doesn't realize that.
Or the artist didn't realize this and drew her like that, lol. :)
