Do people enjoy spoiling anime series for others?!

Question: I can't tell you how many times I've seen a question on here that was a total spoiler. Yes, I am talking about all the people who read the Naruto manga, and post questions about it without thinking that there may be people out there who do not read the manga. It is completely unfair. This goes for any anime.

Is it really that hard for people to put the word *spoiler* in their questions, and type their question in the description area?

I completely understand what you're saying!

I had just started watching Death Note and then I came onto Yahoo! Answers to answer some questions -- by the time I was off of Y!A, I practically knew the ending, and I was only on episode 2 at the time....

However you are right, this happens way too many times with the Naruto questions. I had started watching the show and I knew what was going on in Shippuden cause of Y!A. I am also up to date with what's happening in the manga -- even though I don't read the manga!

When people ask for summaries on animes, I try not to spoil anything, however others do it purposely. I think they take pleasure in spoiling things for others.

But not everyone does it intentionally, sometimes people write spoilers by accident. Even though it's a big give away - I guess it wasn't entirely their fault. However, they really do need to double check their questions or answers.

I guess for some, writing *spoiler* is either too much of a waste of time... or they don't care that they just spoiled it for many other fans out there. I find that pretty arrogant [unless it was an accident] and very unjust for the people who were looking foreward to the anime/manga.

** This is off topic [sorry], but thank you for recommending Mushishi ^^ I had been meaning to watch that a while ago but never really started and then when you and Mat were suggesting animes, you two made it sound irresistable. Haha, I guess I know why now -- so thank you! :)

i feel ur pain dude. T_T

i know!

i absolutely HATE spoilers, but somehow, i ALWAYS get one. ALWAYS.

putting a spoiler warning should be common courtesy for any otaku..

grrrr....

but for some reason, all my male friends seem to beg me for spoilers all the time...
weird...

I know! I found out the end of Deathnote just from people doing this! Then again, I knew my friend would spoil it for me anyway because she does that to any anime she finishes... Then again, I do the same to her, so it's all fair. XP

People are just really thoughtless. Death Note is the worst for spoilers — I only know one person other than me who made it through the series without have the big chapter 56 spoiler spoiled for them.

But I could see how for a series like Naruto, where a lot of things get (sometimes incorrectly) leaked from semi-Japanese literate friends, spoilers would be really insidious.

Spoilers suck. Spoiler warnings are AWESOME.

I hear you. I always try (Sometimes I forgot) to put *Spoiler Warning* everytime I answer something that I thought would be spoiler. Sometimes I forgot though. Especially when it comes to Naruto questions. LOL! Lots of competitions out there. You have to be fast when answering.

I know exactly how you feel. I got a spoiler for the manga Vampire Knight, and ended up being totally confused. -.-" Then countless others roaming around the internet, like what happens at the end of death note and so on. -.-" Whenever I have a question about an anime about something that happens further down in the series, I put a spoiler warning.

for some reason, i kinda like spoilers
for SOME WEIRD reason
because i look forward to what will happen

also.....

i kinda ruin it for my self
because as soon as i start a new manga or anime and it is interesting, i look it up on wikipedia or somethin and then i ruin it for me

its kinda automatic reaction

WHY AM I CURSED WITH THIS FATE?!

sigh

i read the naruto manga and now that u say that im gonna put spoiler now. my bad if i put some spoilers and u read them.
