I used to watch Naruto and Bleach like a fanatic, and I still love Naruto, but then I realized the manga of Naruto totally owned the anime(even though I still love the anime!), and then I sorta got out of sync with Bleach and Naruto. I still love them, but I don't go gaga every Thursday/Saturday when the subbed versions come out.
Do you mean the anime that's still going that I love to watch? Well in that case...D. Gray-Man obviously! It's so awesome!

I mainly watch Gintama (available on Crunchyroll.com or Veoh.com), the series is so funny! I have watched that series repeatedly, and I check everyday (several times a day) to see if there are any new subbed episodes. I never watch a series more than once, but with Gintama, I cannot help it! Gintama is my DRUG!
naruto is obviously the most watched anime..... runners up would probably be onepiece, bleach, and deathnote.
