Does anyone know the chronological order of the Trigun boxed set dvd's?!
Question: I've gone to amazon.com and they have three or four boxed sets that sound like they are the beginning of the series. I would love to know which one is the first and then the order of the rest. I've never seen the series and want to watch it in order.

Most of those are bootlegs. There was a complete box set released a few years ago, but it is now hard to find and is expensive. There are also 2 limited edition tins collectors set containing the first and second half of the series, but these too are becoming harder to find. If you live near a fye/suncoast, starting this week there is supposed to a buy 1/get 1 free on geneon titles, and you might get lucky and find a set there. The company (geneon) that holds the rights to this series pulled out of the US market last year, so until someone else buys the rights again this is one of many series that will become harder to find.
There are different box sets- but they all cover the same episodes. There were only 26 episodes in Trigun- no need for 3 or 4 box sets.
The reason that there are different boxsets is because there are different editions and releases of the series. See how some say "limited collectors edition"? Yeah, they are the same thing- just repackaged.
