1. What does "dattebayo" mean:it has no meaning its just a unique little thing he sais
2. Why do they add -san -chan -samma ect.... to the end of names and give me some meanings:mostly for respect.chan is for a girl
3. Give me the translated japanese numbers 1-5.ichi ni san yon go
4. What does "narageboshi" means.no idea :( (is it shooting star?)
5. What is "shigatsu" sorry no clue
6. What is "nani" does it mean what?

I'd know some of these better if you'd written them in katakana or hiragana...but then again, i took japanese classes, I cheated. lol

Oh okie I'll try =) =D =P =3

1) Umm...it's roughly translated into 'believe it!' and it's a phrase Naruto uses at the end of his sentences?

2) Umm they're kinda honourables and are added art the end of names as a sign of respect. -Chan for girls of a lower status and Kun for boys and -Sama is like master? And -San would be like Mr/Mrs etc and -Senpai/-Sempai for a upperclassman or a senior person =0

3) Ichi, Ni, San, Yon(Shi), Go, Roku, Nana, Hachi, Kyu, Ju lol >.< can't count!

4) Umm...Shooting or Falling Star...or..umm...?

5) O_o *blankness...smacks head on desk*

6) Oh Oh! It's 'What ?!' right?

1 dattebayo is the author of naruto and bleach
2 san , chan, kun, samma are added at the end of the name to show respect towards the person u r talking to specially san and samma
3. 1=ichi
2=ni
3=san
4=shi/yon
5=go
4.nagareboshi= shooting star but narageboshi doesn't exist
5.April = shigatsu
6. nani= what

I know quite of lot of japanese because of the anime I watch, but mostly because of Neon Genisis Evangelion.

Isn't this a good question?
Now i'm able to understand 70% of what they say in an anime witch is cool even for me now for your test:

1 - Dattebayo means absolutly nothing special but Naruto use it to make his sentences feel strong & for people to notice them since Japanese is a Language of feelings as you know so Masashi came up with Dattebayo as a signature phrase for Naruto & also because it sounded cool & Original.

2 - Japanese people are respectful & by adding san, Chan sempai & others they express their respect toward the person they are talking to & like i said it's an Emotional Language.

3 - Ich nee san Shee Yon , Go

4 - It's like a falling star & "Hoshi" is for Star

5 - Smack or head on your desk! or such things!

6 - Nani what did you say It's like Saying What in English or Quoi in French

Nice Questions Missapril Chan Jaa na!

I only know 2 and 6.
