Vicious Was Awsome... I dont think I could pick just one villain but I really like Legato and The Gung Ho Guns from Trigun. Also, Knives was fricken insane. I guess I like the bad guys who are really messed up, they make such interesting characters. If you have ever seen Battle Arena Toshendin Chaos is one crazy S.O.B.

For me, most of the Akatsuki in Naruto Shippuden are good. I also like Gin Ichimaru from Bleach for some reason. I have only seen a couple of episodes of Cowboy Bebop but Vicious seems pretty cool. As for the ones I don't like, that would have to be Kabuto and Orochimaru from Naruto, Yura in Inuyasha,Aizen Sosuke in Bleach,and Mckinley(the captain of the police force in Skypeia) in One Piece.
like: Uliqueria (however u spell it) from Bleach
Kenpachi (if u think he's a villan, which he certainly acts like it most of the time :D ) from Bleach
dislike: Toguro from Yu Yu Hakusho. His muscles are just.....ew.

My other favorite bad guy has to be Johan Liebert from Monster. He is so mysterious, you know almost nothing about him in the beginning. He's just . . . awesome, and creepy at the same time.
Oh, and I forgot that L from Death Note also counts as a villain. He's super smart, the perfect counterpart for Light.
