You should try Inuyasha and Fullmetal Alchemist. Those two are pretty good. ^_^ Also, Samurai 7, Samurai Deeper Kyo, Saiyuki Reload, Blood +, Shin Chan, Eureka Seven and Peacemaker.
I don't really watch anime, but one of my friends use to watch Love Hina all the time and it was pretty cute & interesting.
I like all those too! My very favorite anime is Saiyuki. I also love Peacemaker (excellent), Samurai Deeper Kyo, Get Backers, Outlaw Star, Black Cat, Black Blood Brothers (just released in the States), Gravitation, Sukisho, Inuyasha, Tactics, Yu Yu Hakusho, Samurai Champloo, Loveless, Full Metal Alchemist, Trinity Blood, and these are just a few!!!
