What are some cool anime or manga series about violence and other stuff?!
Question: I hate to sound lame, but it really depends on your age.
If you're sub-18, the above answers are pretty good.
If you're over 18 and looking for violent anime just to see violence, then I can recommend Gantz with the caveat that I've never seen it. I do know that it was too violent to be shown on TV in Japan, which is pretty violent. I also understand that Elfen Lied is very violent as well.
Again, these are recommendations for the over 18 set...

I apologize for possibly repeating any previous suggestions. Full Metal Alchemist is very good. Samurai Deeper Kyo is good too & I liked it very much. Another great anime is Peacemaker. THAT was so good! Basilisk is very good, very violent & very bloody. Its manga is labeled for the over 18 crowd. But it's very good. Except for FMA, the above anime all have a lot of Samurai and swordfighting in them
