Sasuke wouldn't be emo.
That's it.
The whole plot needs Sasuke's emoness to succeed. The series wouldn't exist without it because Sasuke would be a happy kid with a good family and loving brother. He'd fall in love with Sakura and marry her. Naruto would clearly be his best friend because once they end up in Team 7, Sasuke won't be so relcuctant to work with him, easily opening up a friendship. Orochimaru would never go after the Uchihas because they'd be a loving family with not intention of revenge as a power source. The End.
Sasuke would probably have been killed by Orochimaru during the Forest of Death.
Kill naruto story line and the big fight taking place between sasuke and itachi right now would of never happened he might of never even joined Akatsuki
I think Itachi would be a reluctant ninja, still wishing to expand his power, running off to the Ochimaru eventually (not killing anyone)
Sasuke would be sad at his brother's departure, but wouldn't be as depressed as he is now. He'd grow up to be an excellent ninja, but more willing to open up to people. He also wouldn't underestimate people as much.
Konoha would be an even better village.
Ochimaru would've still targeted Uchiha children, but he wouldn't get any of them, because their relatives are there to protect them from his evillll
and Naruto and Sasuke may not of been as good of friends as they were. and they probably wouldn't be as competitive to each other.

obviously, sasuke would be a different person, he wouldnt want revenge, so basically the naruto shippuden would never happen (where naruto and them search for sasuke)
there wouldnt be a battle to kill orochimaru (well...maybe)
or kill itachi
he probably wouldnt have joined the akatsu

Sasuke and Naruto wouldn't have been friends. Also, Sasuke would learn more jutsu related to the Uchiha clan.
Sasuke would be HAPPY.

And he might have actually went out with Sakura.

Honestly if Itachi had never killed the clan the whole story wouldnt exist.
If you think about it, Sasuke wants to kill Itachi so he leaves the village and if you dont count the fillers the whole series is either Naruto trying to leave to find Sasuke or other people helping him find Sasuke
Its funny how little Naruto has in character dept. Of course hes the main character and the whole Yondaime(kyuubi)but other than that its Sasuke Sasuke Sasuke
If you watch the first episode of Shipuuden i think it shows the last part first, when Naruto and Sasuke meet again but until then we have a bunch of fillers(although the Gaara Arc was good)

Well obviously Itachi never killed the clan the whole plot would be different. Sasuke's past makes up a percent of what happens in Naruto,and in Naruto Shippuden. If Saske had never experience what happen happen to his clan or curse get the curse mark there really wouldn't be Naruto Shippuden. Things would of have been. He would just loved a normal life,and going on mission with his team. Sasuke would have had friends just like any other child in the village,and Naruto being his best friend.
If Sasuke hadn't had his clan killed then Naruto and the other wouldn't try and go after him all the time trying to bring him back to the village,because he is trying to kill his brother.
Also if that didn't happen then Sasuke wouldn't go off to Orochimarus to get power from him,to kill his brother. So,actually since Itachi killed his clan it has had a big effect on the plot of Naruto.

Sasuke would have never killed oroch...Itachi would be much weaker...Kisame would have never had a partner who is the sharingan eyeS...
If Itachi never killed the whole Uchiha clan, then there would be no Naruto storyline. Sasuke will grow up to be a quiet, semi-happy kid and he will never really become Naruto's friend since his family would be against it like all the other parents. He would follow after Itachi's footsteps and excel in his classes, probably becoming ANBU or inherit his clan's job as the police force of Konoha. Orochimaru will not become a huge part of Sasuke's life since there will be so many Uchihas running around that Sasuke won't be Orochimaru's target anymore, plus there's no reason for Sasuke to go to Orochimaru since there's no reason for revenge.
And if we follow the real plot, like when Sasuke was grouped with Naruto and Sakura into Team 7, then he and Naruto might become good friends. He will end up trying to protect Naruto from the Akatsuki, though he won't be as strong since he didn't train under Orochimaru and didn't have revenge as a motivation. Sakura will remain pathetic with no skills since there's no reason for her to train under Tsunade, and if she's going to go under training to protect Naruto from the Akatsuki, it would be too late so her skills wouldn't improve much anyways. As for all other characters, they wouldn't be any different since Itachi doesn't affect their lives. There would just be another person in place of Itachi's current role in the Akatsuki, and Konoha would stand more chance in defending their own village because the Uchiha clan isn't wiped out.
But I have to say that even if Itachi never killed the clan and Sasuke didn't become emo, there would still be no chance of him and Sakura getting together because there's nothing for him to notice. She's just like any Sasuke fan, plus her looks are ordinary and she's weak. So even with Itachi in his life, Sasuke still wouldn't have much romance.

A-lot of the storyline would fall apart, everything that happened with sasuke in Shippuden would not of happened.Naruto wouldn't have a rival and sasuke either,to push them to the limit,Kakashi would probably had a different outcome in his fight with Itachi if he even fought Itachi.Orochimaru would have still been here etc.
Well the whole point of the story would be completly different. It would be boring cause Sasuke would be nice to everyone, and he wouldnt leave the village but anyway
I reacon sakura and him would get ,arried and have little babies with sharingan and pink hair. Naruto would be God father. They would go on heaps of missions and do all the other stuff that they do in shippuden like go see gaara when he was captured. And they would get along heaps well
well...i haven't got to that part of naruto yet but it sounds interesting.......just wanted to support u tho ^_^
Then Itachi and Sasuke would have formed a strong brotherly bond with each other XD. Like Ed Elric and Al in FMA, you know?
And sometimes, I think that their father had been a little to hard on both of them...
