Question: Its sung by a woman with a sort of violin in the background. Its j-pop from an anime I believe. It sounds really cool with all these cool sound effects in the background. It goes like this:

Her voice is also high pitch during the entire song.
na na na na ...............na...na...na...na and then it goes back to whats at the top again Keud dedee....and so on.

That's the Noir OP: Kopperia no Hitsugi. Noir had a wonderful soundtrack overall, so you have some great taste.
