If were talking about the characters as of naruto shippuden then:
1. Kakashi because hes just badass.
2. Jairiya because he's a legendary ninja.
3. Sasuke because I believe naruto is gona push the limit even farther and mayb get stronger than the 4-tail naruto to beat sasuke.
4. Sasuke for sure on this one, especially after all the training with Orochimaru.
5. Id still say Sasuke because his Sharingan is stronger than ever.
6. The last one I'd say Sasuke because Gaara's demon was taken out of him in shippuden and there went alot of his power.
1st match-NEVER!! Kakashi is way to smart and has way more experience in battle.
2nd match-HELL NO!!- Legendary sanin. Even Itachi who had the help of his sharingan+Kisame ran from him.
3rd match-i strongly doubt it, but it would be quite a fight.
4th match-Never in a million years. He might have the sharingan but Gai is one of the fastest guys in the anime+the eight gates+plus experience.
5th match- possibly, but he'd have to end it quickly since kisame has a larger supply of chakra.
5th match- HELL YEAH!!

if we are talking about Shippuden here then i think
1.sasuke vs kakashi - Sasuke will win he has a edge on kakashi with his sharingan Kakashi only has 1 and easy weakens after using the dimension rift with his sharingan
2.Sasuke vs Jairiya - Saskue will win Jaiiya is strong but hes all jutsu and thats what the sharigan is for for reading jutsu and movments sasuke has an edge.
3.Saskue vs 4-tailed naruto- Naruto will win cause Sharigan cant read charkra and the 4-tailed chakra has a mind of its own.
4. Sasuke vs gai - Sasuke wins again the sharigan owns with the movment reading even with the 5 gates open it will only be slow moe for sasuke
5. Sasuke vs Kisame - Kisame would lose pls hes all Jutsu even wonder why hes under Itachi? cause he easily beat buy it again no chance vs sharigan
6. Sasuke vs Gaara - if were taking about Shippuden after he got his power stolen then sasuke has him but if he had his sand it would be a pretty awesome match i wouldnt be able to decifer a victor
