Aren't all the episodes edited down so that they are the same length, etc, including time for commercial breaks...? (At least, when they are originally aired.)
Some series might have a double-length season opener or finale.

Mat would have the best answer, if you are talking about the longest running anime series.
If you are talking about longest episodes of anime, regular anime series all have the same length. OVA episodes can be longer, maybe like an hour or so. Other than that, they are all the same, edited time for TV.
