1) Agumon uses Pepper Breath, in the first series, Digimon Adventures.
2) The final evil Digimon was Apocalymon, though Diaboromon (Diablomon) was the villain of the second movie.
3) I'm guessing your favorite Digimon is MetalGarurumon.
4) My favorite would be either Angewomon, Silphymon, or Kazemon...I like wind-based female digimon. ^^
