Unfortunately I wish that was real,but it really isn't,there really isn't a way to use actual jutsus.

You can't really use Chakra in real life, it doesn't really exist. The main purpose of it, (ex. in the anime Naruto), the characters build up all of the spiritual energy in their bodies and use certain handsigns (those of the Chinese zodiac, i believe) to use jutsu's. You can't really use this skill in real life, or wouldn't you see people going around using Sharingan, and Sexy Jutsu?
...Uhhh...okay, you can't really hurt people with your chakra...Real life chakra is just the most spirtual points your body, there are 7 chakra points in the body,not 62894789 like in Naruto. :)
