Sasuke seems totally uninterested in Sakura. And what's more likely to happen right now is Naruto and Sakura. They've got chemistry together and Sakura is starting to be very protective of Naruto.
All Sasuke cares about is avenging his family and love is apparently the last thing on his mind. Unless his work is done and he needs to revive his clan, then maybe he'll consider Sakura.

since the begining sasuke had no interest in her, and now being all evil, he SERTIOUSLY has no interest in her!
eventually sakura should realize that sasukes with orochimaru and she can't do anything. so no.
I don't think that will happen any time soon. Considering the fact that Sakura doesn't like Sasuke she is obsessed of him...and Sasuke doesn't care that much about Sakura it's possible that this will never happen. I think that Sakura will realize at some point that she likes Naruto, but I wouldn't bet on that either. Hopefully though Naruto will end up with Hinata and Sakura with Sasuke. For now we can just hope.
I doubt it for several reasons. First of all the manga is not about the pairings in the least. Consider the fact the only coupling that happened during the running of the manga was Asuma and Kurenai, both pretty uninfluential characters and the mangaka killed Asuma off instantly after it happened. Secondly there's nothing to Sasuke besides his revenge, revenge, revenge. I think even Sakura and Naruto are more likely (although that doesn't mean it IS likely in the least).

Honestly,I don't think they really have a chance at getting together anymore. There paths are just to different for anything to happen between them. Its possible that Sakura still has feelings for him,but there really isn't anything. For Sasuke he could pretty much careless about friendships,or the village. All he really care about is killing his brother and is too focused on that. So,right it doesn't look like they will be getting together anytime soon.
