Question: Ok, You know Naruto's mom is called Kushina Uzumaki? Well, How come Naruto has is mom's last name and not his dad's? I mean, you usaully have your dad's last name first and then your mom's.
And another question:
Is Naruto's parents married or...what?

Pein wants to bring peace to the world but he first wants to conquer it in order to bring peace upon it. How the hell is he going to do that with all these homocidal men? Does Itachi and the others already know that plan?

Well to your first question,ya most of the time the child,usally takes the fathers name,but obivously not in this case. The reason is because Narutos father didn't want anyone knowing that he had a son. He didn't want to let is enemys know that he had a family,because if they were to find out it could work against him and be is weakness,as they were target his family. This was done for Naruto's own protection.
Yes Naruto mother and father are/were married. They don't really show them together,the only time they do is during Jiraiya death where he show Naruto's mother and father. We can assume tat they were marrid because they had a son,Naruto. So,it would make sense if they were together when they had him
Well to start,yes I think they are aware of what he is doing,and at least of to be ok wit it,because they woudn't of have joined the Akatsuki,if they didn't know exactly,what thy are doing. That is the Akatsuki,true goal though.
This is there true goal/Pains:
First, they plan to obtain a large amount of money to support their organization. Second, they plan to set up a mercenary group loyal only to Akatsuki. To build their reputation, they plan to accept any mission below the usual cost and operate off of the excess funds earned in the first part of their plan. Because there haven't been any wars in some time, the established shinobi villages can't afford to charge such low prices, leading the smaller countries to hire Akatsuki over the more expensive shinobi villages. By using the tailed beasts, Akatsuki can start wars and then immediately quell them, solidifying their reputation and convincing every country to depend on them. Without any business, the other shinobi villages would collapse due to a lack of funds. Finally, after Akatsuki is the only major shinobi force in existence, they could easily conquer the other countries. Despite the severity of this plan, members do not automatically learn of it upon joining; Hidan did not find out about it until asking.

Well for the first one, I know in Korea, they will sometimes give orphans their mother's last name, instead of giving them the father's last name (that's so the mother's family clan name doesn't cease to exist from records). Which could be the case. I'm not sure about the second, I'd venture a guess as probably, since that seems to be the trend of families in the Naruto realm. Or a possible senerio that would answer both questions of yours...Naruto's parents were going to get married/already married, when Kushina discovered she was preggers by the 4th, but by the time she gave birth to Naruto, the 4th was already in the process of sealing the Kyubii, and since Naruto's dad was going to die anyways, Naruto would have been an orphan and had to take on his mother's last name.
As for the 3rd, Pein believes he is the 'Decider', in otherwords, he believes he has the ultimate authority to decide what is 'good' and what is 'evil'. But in order to make everyone else fall in line with his morals, he needs to conquer the 'world', once that's done, then what Pein decides is 'peace' will be accomplished. Pein is obviously strong enough that the others in his group don't want to risk their own lives to overthrow him, since if they were to die, their own desires and dreams would also cease. A couple within the group may also share the same ideology of Pein, which would make controling the group easier.

Kushina Uzumaki (Uzumaki Kushina) was the mother of Naruto Uzumaki. When she was young she was a talkative tom boy. When she grew up her beauty, personality and Ninjutsu became known to many. It was this very personality and Ninjutsu skill which she would pass on to Naruto. At some point in time she met Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage, and bore his child. When Jiraiya visited the couple during the pregnancy, he allowed Minato to read one of his latest books, a semi-biographical account of Jiraiya's own life. Pein, is the recognized leader of Akatsuki and a missing-nin from Amegakure. He is referred to as "leader" by all Akatsuki members except for Konan, who refers to him by his name. Although he directs the actions of the other members and maintains authority over them, Pein takes orders from Tobi, who is actually Madara Uchiha. In addition to acting as Akatsuki's leader, Pein was the leader of the winning faction in the Land of Rain's latest civil war. Many people would think that Pein would be as weird as Sasuke but i think that Pein is just plain crazy.
