A hit list is a list on which names are written OR a mental list of some names that someone has in their head. If you are on someone's hit list it means they have it in for you, are angry with you & want to get even with you or perhaps even want to kill you (as soneone on an assassin's "hit list"). If you're (NOT you personally!!) on a teacher's hit list, they may be angry with you for acting up in class, mothing off to them or for whatever reason are angry with you.
For instance: I have seen questions & comments in the C & A answers about people getting their contacts deleted, having their queswtions & answeres reported, having their accounts deleted. Somene has it in for them anf they are on this someone's hit list. Not a good thing to be on someone's hit list. I hope you aren't!!
