This is Aoyagi Ritsuka from Loveless (a shonen ai anime) but he actually doesn't look like that.

It's fanart (someone added dark wings and the red eyes)

    Sorry to tell you, it's not from Loveless. Ms. ? R??? ? is actually correct, she gave a link that had the picture categorized under Mahou Shoujo Ai wallpapers, and Mahou Shoujo Ai is also know as Sexy Magical Girl.

    Try watching the hentai, you'll see the similarities.
