True the don't exactly represent each,but they have the same characteristics as the the sennins them selves's. The also show how the next generation is stronger them the last. Tsunade,Orochimaru,and Jiraiya were students themselves at one time,and was trained by the 3rd Hokage. Naruto,Sakura,and Sasuke had trained under them,which almost shows how they are almost similar to the sennin,when they were younger.

Jiraiya = Naruto

Oo, and if you don't mean "ressemble" but actually "represent" -- then Shizune for Tsunade, Kabuto for Orochimaru and no one for Jiraiya :)
