There's nothing announced yet, but with how well the dvd sales did, I wouldn't be surprised to see one in 2009.
It won't be this year, because KyoAni is working on some other stuff (Haruhi season 2, and probably another season of FMP! and another Key game interpretation like maybe Little Busters)
I doubt it, be good if they did though.
