Simple animation involving paint program?!

Question: i need to do an animation for little kids, nothing fancy
is there any way where i can paint the pics on paint (the program on comp not fancy) and use them in animation

Yep. Just paint each picture and then use windows movie maker to make the animation. Its really easy. All you have to do is import the pics into windows movie maker and then drag and drop them on to the story bord. I'm pretty sure your computer should have windows movie maker if it has paint.

I'm not really sure but you could use paint and then you could put the pictures on windows movie maker. It simple animation and a free program that comes along with the computer.
