Freeza, he would let nothing stop him. He would murder anyone who would stand in the way, plus destroyed ever Saiyan there was almost. And he blew up planets. Plus he is like the coolest, and without him we wouldn't have alot of the characters we see now. And he was one of the most feared characters.

cell is the coolest villan of all even he's theme is hot perfect cell at the end of the cell games was awsome no one is more cooler then cell.
