Who was the better Shock Rocker of the 70s-80s?Ozzy or Alice Cooper and what mak!

Question: I want to say Alice because of the stores I heard about him as a kid. Not sure any are true like burying puppies in the ground up to there heads and takin a lawn more and mowing them and other sick animal tortures things....again, not sure it happened, but weird stories from my youth...what u think?
