*Gasps* Are you making fun of him? His hair is what makes him so uber smexy(I love the word uber). X3 I think that's something noble people wear and since he is a noble person he gets to wear it.

I think it is some type of hair ornament, possibly popular in ancient Japan. True, it does remind me of getting your hair tinted. It could be considered a sign of status.
