I'm guessing their studio is somewhere in Tokyo, Japan. Just so they can be closer to their business partners (TV Tokyo, Aniplex), other Anime Studios, sound studios, etc (& to be that much closer to Akihabara - The Otaku Capitol of the world)
But if you're asking for the Chinese dubbing studio that works on Naruto, you'll have to navigate through the Chinese television websites to find that information.

They are really made in Chian, it's really made in Japan. Cuz they are mostly Japanese anime and manga. And they make it in Tokyo, I believe. (???) :3. But they make it in TV Tokyo in duh... Tokyo.
