Jiraiya
I think I would have to go with Jiraiya,I think he was one of the strongest sennins out of the three. He even taught the 4th Hokage himself. As well as being strong. Jiraiya is defiantly strong especially with is rasengan. Not to mention,hi hermit mode which he could use.
Although sennin has there own strength and weakness. Jiraiya has his rasengan and hermit mode,Tsuande has her insane strength and Orochimaru,has his many jutsu,so it depends on how you look at it. Although,I think I would still say Jiraiya.

i'll say orochimaru because he never dies i mean hurt even if tusnade or jaraiya hits him (well until sasuke finishes him)

Orochimaru is the strongest. They all pretty much admit it.
i'd say oruchimaru, Because he can change bodies and live forever, He knows all the hidden and forbidden jutsus. So its got to me him. Remember jariya and tsunada didnt defeat him that time

i think all three are equal. you have to remember that the fight with all three. jiraiya was drugged, tsunade was out of it, and kabuto was helping orochimaru. however if you are talking physical strength then its tsunade with her insane super strength.
i think orochimaru is the strongest, because he never gets hurt fighting anyone. <spoiler info>
except when he gets killed by sasuke.
jiraya
I'd have to say jiraiya. His senin mode is crazy. But no one has seen tsunade at full force as yet. Orochimaru has the big snake form and jiraiya has the frog form but no one knows what her ultimate technique is. So until i see that, it's Jiraiya all the way. Ya-ha!
I would say Tsunade. She is an excellent medical nin. She has brute strength and could definatly take on anyone. She has also saved Neji and Choji from dying when they were in critical condition. She also made Sakura into an acutal ninja. They did not make her the Hokage for nothing.
