Question: why and how did madara find pein? and if pein is so strong why doesn't he just kill madara and take his eyes like madara did to his brother i mean Kakashi had Obito's eye why not pein. madara may be stronger then pein but why is he fighting naruto when he told pein to. also if pein is thought of as a god then why hasn't he tryed and to do thing on his own insted of the Akatsuki doing things for him or maybe he already know that thay were going to die. but my real question is did madara pein and itachi really need the Akatsuki or was the Akatsuki really just high ranked ninjas that they needed to further their own goals.

how Madara has founded Pein , we don't know yet , i think that madara is stronger than pein , because madara is the true leader of akatsuki and is the one who created it. And pein doesn't interessing to take the madara's eyes , he's not a Uchiha . madara stop naruto during pein finishing with jiraya for not interfere in the battle between itachi & sasuke.And when pein defeated jiraya , then madara gives order to pein to charge with kyuubi( naruto). Pein is loyal to madara , he's his right arm ,for your question , about akatsuki , madara , is the only one who really needs of akatsuki , like he's the creator , itachi and pein support him for his project ,
Well we don't really know how Pein and Madara actually meet in the first place and how Pein had joined the Akatsuki. Or why in fact all we really know saw far about that is that after Jiraiya had left Pain and the other. Everything had gotten worse from there,and Nagato turned out and became Pain,who is also part of Yahiko as some how they are together. Afterwords Pain at some point left and joined the Akatsuki. At this time he had also brought Konan along with him. Although we have seen,Pain reporting to Tobi,who could in fact be Madara,who is the true leader of the Akatsuki. Probably what happen was Pain had nowhere else to go,and decide to join the Akatsuki,as an option.
Honestly compared to Madara,Pein is weaker. We know this from,that Pain takes order from Madara himself. Also Madara had started the Uchiha clan,as well as the Akatsuki. Madara had also fought against the 1st Hokage,although he lost that fight. Madara is pretty much the strongest Uchiha especially with the eternal Mangekyou Sharingan,even though it is said that the Rinnegan is the strongest out of all the other blood line limits.
