If you mean Brittany Spears, I think the idea is good for a three minute television parody. Beyond that, it wouldn't have much life.
She could play a good villianess. Like, remember the old Batman TV show. Catwoman was always bad but so sexy and seductive to Batman. She could pull something like that off.
