Sasuke vs neji in naruto manga?!
Question: I think Sasuke would dominate Neji, only because his sharingan would allow him to perceive Neji's attacks and that 128 strike or whatever. As long as he is never hit by that, he has the better chance, unless Neji has some crazy move that he hasnt used yet.
