Summoned animals in Naruto?!
Question: Can the summoned creatures in Naruto use chakra? Not like for jutsu's but just like to enhance some ability? I think Gamabunta used his chakra with Naruto to defeat Shukaku/Gaara, but I'm not sure. Please help.

Yes because they all use powers. For example:
Gamabunta-Oil and Sword
Slug:Healer, Poison, and Slime
Snake:????
Enma: Transforms

I think for example, like when he summons the frog, he just uses the sword. I don't even think there would be much Chakra left anyway

Yes Summoned Animals have chakra.
They don't necessarily use it for jutsus [I've never seen that happen] but they do other things. For example, Pakkun tracks people - sure he's a dog, but with chakra he can sniff things at a further distance. And you're right -- Gambunta transformed into the Nine-Tailed Kyuubi with the help of Naruto's handsign and a bit of Naruto's chakra. Also there is the Third Hokages monkey Enma - he can transform as well. Plus Tsunade's slug replicates.
In a nutshell, Summoned Animals do have chakra :)
