he said that he would give Shuurei a limited amount of time to think about if she will marry him. If she doesn't he has to take Jyuusan-hime (Shuuei's sister) as his wife. And since Ryuuki wants only one wife if he marries Jyuusan-hime he won't anymore take any other wives.
